In addition, the inductive-deductive method was used. It is concluded that the evolution of accounting from a traditional practice to a discipline empowered by technology, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), redefines the role of the accounting professional. Although accounting has historically focused on the collection, recording and analysis of financial transactions, the demands of today's environment, dominated by Big Data and the need for real-time information, exhibit the limitations of conventional methods</p> Jorge Luis Rugel-Sono ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-01 2025-07-01 11 21 40 54 10.35381/cm.v11i21.1581 Work Stress, Leadership and Engagement: Impact on Productivity from a mixed approach https://ojs.cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1583 <p>The general objective was to analyze work stress, leadership and engagement: Impact on judicial productivity from a mixed approach. The present research employed a non-experimental design. This means that the variables are not manipulated; instead, the phenomenon is observed and analyzed as it occurs naturally in its environment. The method employed was a mixed approach, characterized by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This approach made it possible to capitalize on the advantages inherent in each paradigm. In addition, the analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive methods were applied. It is concluded that the psychosocial well-being of judicial system employees and excellence in leadership are irreplaceable strategic assets. To overlook the effect of stress and ignore the influence of effective leadership and dedication at work is to undermine the integrity and functioning of a fundamental support of society</p> Kelly Guisela Llantoy-Morales ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-07-01 2025-07-01 11 21 55 70 10.35381/cm.v11i21.1583 Towards an efficient regional governance: Confluence between technology, organization and change https://ojs.cienciamatriarevista.org.ve/index.php/cm/article/view/1593 <p>The general objective of the research was to analyze how the confluence of technological implementation, organizational transformation and change management contributes to the improvement of efficiency in regional governance.
