Accounting and administrative strategies to optimize decision-making
Abstract
The objective of this research was to design accounting and administrative tools for decision-making at Fabriclean. The research was exploratory and descriptive, which allowed for initial contact and direct engagement with the company. Results Accounting and administrative tools were designed that strengthen the organizational and financial management of Fabriclean, facilitating more efficient decision-making. Through the development of the accounting process, the application of current regulations, the use of Excel to automate calculations, and the implementation of financial instruments, the administrative structure was strengthened and the fulfillment of the company's mission, vision, and objectives was promoted. In conclusion, the automation of calculations using Excel formulas optimized credit-related processes, reducing human error and increasing operational efficiency in the financial area.
