Research and intellectual property in the transfer of knowledge in higher education students

Abstract

The general objective of this work was to analyze research and intellectual property in the transfer of knowledge in higher education students. For the development, the researchers analyzed under the quantitative paradigm, likewise it was framed from a documentary design, since a series of data from printed, electronic and audiovisual sources are analyzed and studied, among other bibliographic references that support this documentary inquiry. Likewise, the study population is made up of theses, journals, refereed works, establishing the theoretical body. The analytical-synthetic method is also proposed, by means of which a whole is decomposed into parts, extracting qualities, components, relationships and more, in order to later join the analyzed parts. It is concluded that it is significant to reflect on the generation of knowledge in the university space, since it is a constant through the exercise of academic functions (teaching-research-extension-linkage), which would benefit the intellectual safeguard generating academic benefits.
